It's exciting to get a ...Elise, I love our CSA! It's exciting to get a box full of fresh, delicious, sometimes mysterious surprises. I'm enjoying the variety because it pushes me to cook with new ingredients....I can't say I'd ever used parsnips or purple potatoes before our CSA subscription. If you can find a good one, it's pretty much a win-win. You support sustainable farming, eat healthier food and reduce the need for extensive grocery shopping.
